I found this site while doing background research for a graduate class on Chaucer. I was very impressed with this web site in comparison with the glut of other sites availiable pertaining to Chaucer--and other related topics--on the web. I have bookmarked it and plan to use it extensively. To whom ever is responsible for it, many thanks!

I came across this site searching for ideas about Chaucer's narrative technique in Troilus and Criseyde. I'm very impressed with the range and quality of the work displayed (keep it up) but not with many of the people who sign the guestbook....

I am composing a research paper for my 12th grade academic english class at the Upper Perkiomen High School in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. My research paper topic is about John Donne, and I am going to compare and maybe even contrast 2 of his greatest poems. I chose "The Flea" and "The Ectasy". I was wondering if you could e-mail me back and hopefully give me some tips on how to go about this and maybe some things that could be compared and contrasted about these 2 poems. If you have any further comments on this (like 2 other poems that would be easier to compare and contrast, or if this isn't a good choice to do for a paper, etc.) I would VERY MUCH appreciate it!!

    Thank You!!!!!!!!!

    Sincerely,
    KENDRA DAY

Thank you for the lovely visit! If you will go to our website,
you will find our cultural page, where we will be listing our
new offerings: music, dinner theatre, gallery exhibitions,
lectures and other Medieval-type events. We have transformed
an historic church property on the campus of the U.of Michigan
in Ann Arbor, into a bed & breakfast with performance area.

The first gallery exhibition is April 21st, based on the
Canterbury Tales. We need a good, magnetic speaker to address
the attendees on said subject - any ideas?
